Your Information

Privacy Policy

Last updated November 1, 2026

We don't sell your information. We never have and we won't. We collect the minimum we need to send you gear you ordered and emails you asked for.

What we collect

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand which designs and which training pages people actually use. It sets cookies and collects usage data as described in Google's privacy policy. It tells us things like "the Hazmat course gets more traffic than the briefings" — it does not tell us who you are.

You can opt out across all sites with Google's browser add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings. The site works fine either way.

Who we share it with

Only the services that make the business run, and only what they need:

That's the whole list. We don't sell, rent or trade your information to anybody, and we don't hand it to advertisers.

Email

If you join The Watch you'll get an email asking you to confirm — we won't add you without it. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, it works immediately, and we won't email you after you use it. We send when there's something new, not on a schedule.

Your choices

Email hello@bringtheirons.com and you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We'll do it. Depending on where you live you may have these rights by law; we'd honour them regardless.

Note that we may need to keep basic order records for tax and accounting purposes even after a deletion request.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and payments are handled by established processors. No system is perfectly secure, but we don't hold card numbers, which removes the thing most worth stealing.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we'll update the date at the top of this page.
