Made to order

Our apparel is printed when you order it rather than pulled from a warehouse. That's why we can offer a deep range of designs — and why it takes a few days longer than a big retailer.

Apparel — tees

• Production: 2–5 business days
• Delivery: usually 1–2 weeks total within the United States
• Printed and shipped through Mutual Aid Supply Co. on our behalf

Headwear

• Packed and shipped directly from BTI. Allow 5–10 business days.
• Shipping: $6, charged separately at checkout
• Hats ship in a box rather than a mailer, so the crown keeps its shape

If a hat is briefly out of stock we reorder it and ship as soon as it lands. We'll tell you if that's the case rather than leave you wondering.

Where we ship

United States only at the moment. If you're outside the US and want our gear, email us — if there's demand we'll look at it.

Tracking

You'll get tracking by email once your order ships. If it hasn't arrived and tracking has gone quiet, contact us at hello@bringtheirons.com and we'll chase it with the carrier.

Wrong address

Check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away — before it ships we can usually fix it, and after it ships we're at the carrier's mercy.

Something arrive damaged? That's covered under our returns policy, and it won't cost you anything.
